Brad Mackler
As Managing Partner of MPI, Brad brings extensive supply chain experience, subject matter expertise and visionary leadership to MPI. Mr. Mackler has held key leadership roles with well recognized and respected companies in the industry including Convoy, Ryder, FedEx, Landstar and Schneider National. Additionally, Brad has been involved in the growth of four tech-based logistics startups, most recently Convoy. He is recognized as a dynamic, client-centric logistics professional and thought leader.
Brad’s educational credentials include a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northwood University and an MBA from UOP. Brad has provided his time, passion and resources to a number of important charities including Leader Dogs for the Blind, Rotary International and a Board of Director position with the Grand Traverse Pavilions.
Marian Brewer
As Executive Vice President, Marian Brewer, a well-respected Human Resource executive was most recently Vice President of HR, Quality and Safety for Longistics Transportation based in Raleigh, NC. Her earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Xpress, Inc., the fifth-largest truckload transportation company in the nation and Senior Director, Human Resources for Allied Automotive Group.
Marian began her career in human resources in 1994. Her background covers a broad range of industries including retail, cable television, utility and transportation. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Shorter University in Rome, GA. Marian was also a former member of the HR Advisory Board for the North Carolina Trucking Association, the University of Tennessee Chattanooga College of Business and Board Member of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.

Sam is recognized as an innovative business leader with a laser sharp focus on helping companies identify and source top talent to support sustainable growth and profitability. In 2005 Sam founded Milestone Partners, an executive recruiting and consulting firm. Milestone Partners was sold to Brad Mackler in 2022. Following the sales of the company, Sam will continue to serve Milestone Partners in the capacity of Senior Advisor - with emphasis on supporting strategic leadership, profitable growth and client success.
